I'm not a 'real estate novelist' ... but I have novel in the works, and real estate is how I fund my life/my writing; I write a daily column (15 yrs ), short stories, poetry .. and an industry newsletter (20 yrs) with interviews (6 years) ... love to golf, cook, travel, meet fascinating women with big brains (hopefully ample-size libido), who don't judge what I do (reciprocity assured). Two grown daughters, two grandchildren, one aging golden retriever.

fascination - the mutual kind; closeness, intimacy -- and space, give and take, kindness but the syrupy kind, joi-de-something ... someone whose brain gets a daily workout, engaged in life and ambitious for the future without a 'retirement' plan in their top 10 ...
